It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Debra Kay Allen of Ionia, Iowa, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Phillips and Josephine Phillips (Lorang); and her siblings, Kevin, Mark and MaryJo.

She is survived by: her husband Darwin Allen; her children, Carver (Arren) of Dunkerton, Ionia, Matt (Ashley) of Belmond, Christine Gilstrap (Mike) of Waverly and Megan Dirksen (Brian) of Clive; and her siblings, Randy Phillips (Shirley), Rick Phillips (Linda), Steve Phillips (Michele), Tim Phillips (Terry), Scott Phillips (Lori), Kathy Phillips (Ross Schilling), Pat Jump (Mike), Gail Fencl (Ken), Ruth Roths (Larry), Ronda Moody (Tim) and Nancy Post (Paul). She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
