She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Woudstra and Hattie Woudstra (Kreykes) of Orange City, Iowa.; her husband Dick Veltkamp of Rock Valley; her siblings, Sally DeGroot, Marilyn Kroeze, Lee Woudstra (Marilyn) and Al Woudstra; and her siblings-in-law, June Woudstra, Grace Jacobsma, Henrietta Haak, Jean VandeKamp, John DeGroot, Gary Kroeze, Bernie VandeGriend, Pete Jacobsma, Gerald Haak and Gary VandeKamp. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to First Reformed Church of Inwood or Hope Haven.
