She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Moeller and Nellie Moeller (Brandt); her husband Richard Bonnema; and her daughter-in-law Ruth Bonnema (Blankespoor). She is survived by: her children, Darrel Bonnema (Pat) of Sioux Falls, Carol Hoines (Wayne) of Sioux Falls, Dale Bonnema (Lynette) of Sioux Falls and Helen Short (David) of Hayden, Idaho; and her grandchildren, Michele Christensen (Ken), Brenda Baatz, Paula Halfacre (Chris), Scott Bonnema (Kristi), Ryan Ellingson, Holly Roark (Josh), Katie Zimprich (Adam), Justin Bonnema (Jessica), Mark Bonnema (Ashley) and Brad Bonnema. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and 18 nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (302 S Oak St, Inwood, IA 51240). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
