He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Ruby; and his brother-in-law David Lundeen. He is survived by: his sister Rochelle Lundeen of Kansas City; and his nieces, Christina Lundeen (Bruce Cameron) of Kansas City and Katie O'Doherty (Tom) of Chicago. He is also survived by two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
