He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Hilda; his brothers, George, Charlie, Martin, John, Roger and Sam; his parents-in-law, Clarence and Alpha Bauder; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Bauder, Marlene Wilkens (Lester) and Judith Halma.
He is survived by: his spouse Constance; his daughters, Virginia Beynon of Inwood, Iowa, Rachel Folkens of Sioux Falls, Deb Vogelzang (Gary) of Inwood, Iowa, Carol Sue Dunham of Rapid City and Sheila Kaemingk (Lauren) of Sioux Center, Iowa; and his sisters, Freida Veldkamp of Escondido, California, Albertha Johnson of Spearfish and Rena Cannegieter (Don) of Rock Valley. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
