He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sons, Oepke Niemeyer (Beth), Douglas Niemeyer (Kristin) and Grant Niemeyer (Jane); his grandchildren, Jessica Page, Andrew Niemeyer (Sarah), Margo Niemeyer, Adam Niemeyer, Carmen Niemeyer (Sam Brovold), Jennifer Grilley (Tyler), Opal, Sophia, Hazel and William Niemeyer; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Julia, Jackson Page, Jadalyn Grilley, Baylor Niemeyer, Iris Brovold, Taliana Grilley and Ford Niemeyer; his brother Harold Niemeyer (Lorraine); and his siblings-in-law, Robert "Bob" Jacobsma (LaVerna) and Marty Niemeyer Antoine (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to McCrossan Boys Ranch or a charity of donor's choice.
