He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Baker; his former wife Jane Smith Baker; his parents, Theodore Baker and Alice Baker; his brother Bernard Baker; and his sister-in-law Joann Fry.
He is survived by: his children, Gayle Strickland and Larry Baker; his grandson Nathan Strickland; and his brother-in-law Gary Fry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Overton Funeral Home (501 W Ashland Ave, Indianola, IA 50125).
