She was predeceased by: her father Melvin; and her sisters, Mary Lou Gilson and Melva Rose (Billie Dale). She is survived by: her husband Billie; her sister Velda Kinney; her daughters, Jane Combs (Mark) and Jill Beattie; her grandchildren, Dan (Emily), Matt (Vanessa), Andrew Hodges (Melissa) and Chelsae Harrison (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Paige, Eli, Zola and Dean.
