Thelma Ruth Amos Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thelma Ruth Amos in Indianola, Iowa, born in Redfield, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 11, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Amos; and her sister Joyce Harlow. She is survived by: her children, Craig (Denise) of Indianola and Carla Brinkman (Mark) of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Nathan Brinkman (Jaime) of Webster City and Alison Warnecke (Wade) of Walcott; her great grandchildren, Elaina, Charley Brinkman, Anna and Henry Warnecke; and her sisters, Linda Freeman (Don) and Carolyn Herrick (Allan). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Center Chapel United Methodist Church. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the Ioof Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in memory of Thelma to the Center Chapel United Methodist Church.
