He is survived by: his siblings, Gene Marsh (Marilyn), Carl Marsh (Pat), Sharon Rahe, Neva McCormick (Leland) and Sherry Lamb (Robert); and his brother-in-law Harlan Williams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Kiya Koda Humane Society.

“So sorry to hear of Roger's Passing. I know he is up there speaking out loud today!! I worked at COC in his home for from 2002-2006. What a precious soul he was. We had some awesome times together. My favorite was cold Sunday afternoons, we watched Bonanza, and other westerns. He was such a kind & gentle soul. He enjoyed eating out and going places. He taught me so much. RIP my dear Roger. I have already missed you, Allen, John & Tim so much. I love you! Shelly Quarles, Louisiana”
