Richard Lee Goode Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Lee Goode of Indianola, Iowa, who passed away on February 22, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Goode and Helen Goode (Trotter); his parents-in-law, Delbert Brown, Sr. and Lois Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Jason Brown, Jay Brown, Delbert Lee Brown and Linda VanWyngarden.
He is survived by: his cousin Larry Champlin; his wife Mary Ellen; his daughter Mariha Henle (Jason); his granddaughter Cheyenne Goode; his sister Rosalee Greene (Les); his stepgrandchildren, Rachael Wilson (Paul), Jessica, Abbigail and Brett Henle; and his siblings-in-law, Carloyn Nearmyer, Jo Heigele, John Brown (Gerry), Joe Brown (Karen) and Jody Brown (Michelle). He is also survived by other family members including nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as, numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Richard may be given to the family.
