With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mona Hoyt of Indianola, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 7, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Smith and Alma Smith; and her siblings, Don Smith, Harold Smith, Billy Smith, Jim Smith and Norma Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Greg Hoyt; her sons, Lonnie Hoyt and Dan Hoyt; her grandchildren, Brooke Seyler (Nick), Conner Hoyt, Carson Rashid, Andrew Hoyt, Benjamin Hoyt and Dylan Hoyt; and her great grandchildren, Tallulah, Gatlin, Wrenley and Corbin.
Memorials may be given to the Scotch Ridge United Presbyterian Church in Sue's memory.
