He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Maurice "Mike" Goode and Michelle Spear (Brent); his grandson Austin Spear (Haley); his daughters, Hazel, Alice and Lucinda; his granddaughter Allysa Spear (Zane Hatfield); his children, Sydney, Bertie and Lane; his grandson Addison Spear (Emily); his great grandchild Sophie; and his sister Phyllis Dechant (Earl).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Overton Funeral Home (501 W Ashland Ave, Indianola, IA 50125). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at the same location.
