It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd William Dales of Indianola, Iowa, who passed away on December 2, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Dales; his parents, Logan Dales and Iola Dales (Copeland); his brothers, Jim Dales and Chuck Dales; and his granddaughter Sommor Dales.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Dales (Vickie), Douglas Dales (Jacquelyn), Laura Dales and Kimberly Oliver (James); his grandchildren, Joshua Dales, Allison Frietag (John), Ben Dales, Dustin Dales (Heather), Travis Downey, Anthony Tufarella, Kathleen Harris, Seth Benge (Aliyah), Cooper Dales and Charmayne Ford; and his siblings, Lyle Dales (Mayrene) and Susan Goslin (Mark). He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Lloyd may be made to the American Legion Post # 165 in Indianola.
