She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Van Buskirk; her son Christopher Ulrick; and her parents, Ellen Anderson and Emerson Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Kristine Parsons (Dan) of Ames, Kelly Ulrick Blackledge of Park Rapids, MN and Michael Ulrick of Fort Collins, Colorado; her grandchildren, Christopher Parsons, Sarah Parsons and DJ Parsons; her great grandchildren, Lettie Parsons and Paisley Parsons; her sisters, Janice Alexander, Diane Goodrich, Mary Kassinos and Jane Hurd; and her close friend Patrick Rist.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church (210 S Wesley St, Indianola, IA 50125). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
