She was predeceased by: her aunt Shelly Bollin; and her grandmother Kathy Meyer. She is survived by: her parents, Laura Bollin and Tracy Bollin; her sister Jessica Bollin (Will Wedge); her grandparents, Lorena, Marlin Bollin and Don Meyer; and her aunts and uncles, Susan, Steve Westra, Dan and Stephanie Meyer. She is also survived by many cousins and great aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Kaitlyn, may be given to Kiya Koda Humane Society.
