It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Purdy (Indianola, Iowa), born in Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on September 6, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Herb Purdy; her son Rick Bales; her siblings, Jackie Weltzheimer and Kenneth Miller; her nephews, Kenny Miller Jr. and Rob Weltzheimer; and her niece Kim Weltzheimer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marie Fraaken (Dan) and Donna Reed; her grandchildren, Kayla Fraaken, Jon Reed and Desiree Reed; her great grandchild Arius; and her nieces and nephews, Randy, Dee, Karen, Lori and Sheri. She is also survived by nephews as well as several step-children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
