He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Moen and Emma Hayek Moen; his wife Zatha; and his siblings, Milford Moen, Charles Moen (Chuck) and Iola Wade.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Moen and Leora Moen; his grandsons, Nicholas Olson and Trenton Olson; his brother Marion Moen (Velma); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Slone. He is also survived by family members and friends.
