He is survived by: his wife Judy Louise Waters; his children, Corey (Jen) of Indianola, Mellisa Sones (Monte) of Indianola and Stacie Jones (Brian) of Indianola; his grandchildren, Emily Frauenholz (Sasha) of Iowa City, Amber Weiskircher (Cody) of Newton, Katie Sones of Iowa City, Nathan Jones, Kylie Piffer and Cayden Piffer of Indianola; his brother Mark Piffer (Kay) of Indianola; his niece Jennifer Portwood (Bill) of Canton, GA; and his nephew Michael Piffer (Lindsey) of Waukee. He is also survived by his grandkids, tinkering in his shop, doing projects for his kids and grandkids.
