He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Stalter and Frances Stalter (Broyles); and his siblings-in-law, Janice Stalter and John Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughters, Jodi Sternquist (Britt) and Melissa Casner (Ryan); his grandchildren, Shelby Casner and Blake Allen Casner; and his siblings, Michael Stalter and Shelley Lucas.
