He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth and Malinda (Raelene). He is survived by: his children, David Best (Heidi Yang) of Des Moines, IA and Sara (Chris Perkins); his granddaughters, Natalia and Elena Garcia of Ankeny, IA.; and his brother Archie (Best).
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (1410 W Boston Ave, Indianola, IA 50125). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Denny Best Keep Playing Fund through the Indianola Music Boosters.
