David Lee Dierking Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lee Dierking of Indianola, Iowa, who passed away on January 12, 2025 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dierking (Robert) and JoAnn Dierking; his grandparents, Milton, Miriam Dierking, Edward and Kathryn Koupal; his nephew Koby Clary; and his mother-in-law Karen Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Kristi; his sons, TJ, Tanner, Tate, Taren and Tucker; his siblings, Kenny Dierking (Cyndi) of Boone, Christine Bergum of Story City and Kathy Akers (Shane) of Leon; his brother-in-law Wes Duncan (Abbey) of Van Meter; his father-in-law Jim Duncan of Milo; and his sister-in-law Deanna Hommer of Liberty Center. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Overton Funeral Home (501 W Ashland Ave, Indianola, IA 50125). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Indianola First Assembly of God Church (1700 W 2nd Ave, Indianola, IA 50125).
Memorials may be given, in Dave's memory, to the family to be decided at a later date.
