She was predeceased by: her mother Josephine Norris (Kimzey); her husband Willard Garrison; her son Robert Craig Garrison; her grandson Mitchell James Garrison; her father Gerald Norris; and her sister Harriett Garrison (Don).
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Pilmer (John), David Garrison (Kimberly) and Jodi Clary; her grandchildren, Joey Pilmer, Joshua Garrison (Jessica), Jenna Tharp (Matt), Katelyn Little (Zach), Kasey Clary (Kylie) and Mikayla Mitchell (John); and her great grandchildren, Emery, Hollis, Boston, Luke, Tate, Cole, Lane, Levi, Laney and Addilyn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Joan may be given to Indianola Order of Eastern Star #338 or The Good Shepherd Fund at The Village.
