She was predeceased by: her father Thomas. She is survived by: her daughters, Jany Furman (Nick) and Melissa Matthews; her grandchildren, Josh Furman (Lacey) and Sarah Furman; her mother Jean Roush; and her siblings, Steve Roush (Karla) and Terri Fehrer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Memorials in her memory may be given to the Kiya Koda Humane Society.
