He is survived by: his daughter Shannah Baldwin (Deane) of Waukee, IA; his grandchildren, Megan Sanders (Nathan) of Dallas Center, IA and Sgt. Jack Baldwin of Okinawa, Japan.; his daughter Amy Aleksiejczyk (Mike); and his grandchildren, Brianna Aleksiejczyk and Addison Aleksiejczyk of Davenport, IA..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Iles Westover Chapel (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the WESTOVER CHAPEL (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery (34024 Veterans Memorial Dr, Adel, IA 50003).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) or Wounded Warrior Project.
