She is survived by: her father Paul Yearous of Independence, IA; her boyfriend Joseph Sprague; her children, Rick VanGorder (Edina) of Independence, IA and Jessica Jacobsen (Robert) of Dewar, IA; her stepchildren, John Lee Jr. and Randdee Lee; and her siblings, Roxie Connolly of Independence, Annette Armstrong (Ken) of Independence, Rex Yearous (Laurie) and Jason. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
