He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Fogle and Thelma Fogle (Jones); his daughter Michelle Sue Fogle; his stepdaughter Christina Moffet; and his siblings, Bonnie Forquer, Norma Mendenhall and Paul Fogle.
He is survived by: his former wife Betty Walker; his children, Kathy Decker of Winthrop, IA and Keith Fogle (Jolene); his stepson Allen Spray of Denver, IA; and his siblings, Don Fogle (Dora) of Memphis, MO and Betty Ambler of Salena, KS. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
