He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Carl and Patricia Sue Silberstein (Kingsbury); his sister Zerin Silberstein; his niece Samantha Silberstein; his father-in-law Thomas Bellendier; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Bellendier and Terry Bellendier.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his son Shayden Silberstein; his siblings, Scott Silberstein (Lynn) of Solon, Quentin Silberstein (Patsy) of Slater and Maureen Awtry (Jim) of Montezuma; his mother-in-law Kathy Bellendier of Independence; and his brother-in-law Tom Bellendier of Postville, Iowa.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
