With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roy Bergman (Independence, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 4, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin M. Bergman and Alice C. Bergman (Johnson); and his brother Bob Bergman. He is survived by: his wife Jean Bergman of Littleton, IA; his children, Christina See (Ryan) of Littleton, IA, Doug Bergman (Kari) of Jesup, IA and Louis Bergman (Miranda) of Jesup, IA; his grandchildren, Abigail See, Ayden, Easton, Kyiler and Edwin Bergman; and his sisters, Marg Hall (Bill) of Littleton, IA and Judy Jacobsen (Chris) of Littleton, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reiff Family Center - Independence (216 3rd Ave SE, Independence, IA 50644). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
