He is survived by: his daughters, Roxane Barry (Stephen) of Plano, TX, Lori Sperfslage (Alan) of Alburnett, IA, Shelly Martin (Rick) of Independence, IA and Pamela Melick of Marion, IA; his grandchildren, Alexa Philipose (Joel), Ethan, Elizabeth Sperfslage and Caleb Martin (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Elijah, Josiah Philipose and Finley Martin; and his brothers, Keith Melick (Ruth) of Independence, IA and Kent Melick (Jean) of Cedar Falls, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
