He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy P. Arp and Nora W. Arp (Luethje); and his siblings, Charles, Roger Arp and Jean Neubuer.
He is survived by: his son Robert Arp (Andrea Arnold) of Walker, IA; his former wife Kay Arp of Troy Mills, IA; his grandchildren, Kedryn Boddie (Heather), Mikalyn Rayann Arp and Malayna Marie Arp; and his great grandchildren, Oakley and Wyatt Boddie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reiff Family Center - Independence (216 3rd Ave SE, Independence, IA 50644).
