He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Noe and Velma Noe (Davis); his wife Helen Louise Diehl; and his grandson Sean Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Michael Dean (Julie) of Rowley, Robert Allan (Pam) of Independence, Sandra Johnson (Ken) of Independence, Nancy Nelson (John) of Cedar Rapids, Laurie Bearbower (Gary) of Independence and Susan Wilson of Independence; and his siblings, Dick Noe (Teresa) of Garrison, Delores Michaels (Anthony) of Walker, Norma Riha of Elberon, Kay Nading of Manchester and Sandy Dale of Monmouth. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings and the recent surge in the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing will be required. Those in attendance are required to wear a mask.
