He is survived by: his mother Elaine Marie Johnson (Reagan) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his wife Shelly Johnson of Independence, IA; his sons, Blake Johnson of Minneapolis, MN and Cole Johnson of Independence, IA; his brothers, Rick Johnson (Leslie) of Independence, IA and Aaron Franck (Karol) of Anamosa, IA; his nephew Adam Johnson (Stacey); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natalie and Kendall of Independence, IA; his nephew Sean Johnson (Jill); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Danika and Skarlett; his mother-in-law Loretta Rasmussen of Independence, IA; his siblings-in-law, Julie Sanford (Lowell) of Dysart, IA, Jeanette Gahring of Versailles, MO and Wayde Rasmussen of Independence, IA; and his pet Jak.
