She was predeceased by: her parents, George VanSlyke and Mary VanSlyke; her husband Leonard Raymond Willis; her daughter Samantha; her granddaughter Amber; and her siblings, Dennis, Patty, Margaret, Cindy and Sharon.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard, Karie (Rod), Cheri and Jim; and her siblings, Edward, Bonnie, Marsha, Diane and Debbie.
