It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Fowlkes (Independence, Iowa), born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on April 25, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Barron and Marjorie Adelaide Bisdorf (Meggison); and her children, Scott Fowlkes and Lisa Fowlkes. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Mohling (Cliff) of Vinton and Mary Evans (Michael) of Urbana. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will hold a private graveside service.
