She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Belgarde and Virginia Stong Belgarde; and her daughter Joan Elizabeth Grace. She is survived by: her husband Don E. Grace of Shellsburg; her daughter Katie Grace of Denver; her siblings, Chuck Belgarde (Jeanie) of Fairfield and Liz Belgarde (Randy Svobada) of Cedar Rapids; and her siblings-in-law, Ginny Meade of Oxford, Judy Cochoran of Oxford and Ted Grace (Rose) of Tiffin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is encouraging memorial donations to the Cedar Rapids Salvation Army, the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Club in Waterloo, Iowa, or any no kill animal shelter.
