It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Lawless of Independence, Iowa, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie White and Olive White (Stephenson); and her husband Peter J. "Jim" Lawless. She is survived by: her sons, Russell Lawless (Pam) of Waterloo and Dan Lawless (Ann); her grandchildren, Amber Jacquith (Brock) of Cedar Falls, Bradley Lawless (Renee) of Jesup, Allyson Covington (Alex) of Dyersville, Tyler Hare (Jessica) of Waterloo, Melyssa Albert of Independence, Mark Lawless (Madison) of Quasqueton, Myrissa Lawless of Waterloo and Kassandra Lawless of Waterloo; her great grandchildren, Dallas, Carter, Victoria, Brody, Isabella, Korbin, Gracie, Addie Mae, Easton, Jaxon, Autumn, Grayson and Collins; her brother Roger White of Eugene, OR; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Hickman of Evansdale, Jeff Lawless (Pam) of Waterloo and Skeets Lawless (Mary) of Cumming, GA..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jesup Bible Fellowship Church (152 South St, Jesup, IA 50648). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
