She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Willie Aalderks; her husband Virgil; her children, Lisa Peek of Machesney Park, John Collins of Guttenberg, Mike Collins of Traer, Jill Collins of Traer and Tina Fischer (Jeff) of Whitleyville; her mother Phyllis Aalderks of Aplington; her brother Randy Aalderks (Camie) of Aplington; her son-in-law William Baumeier; and her great grandchild Layton Matthew. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
