He is survived by: his children, Kerry Thompson (Cherri) of O'Fallon, IL, Kim Thompson (Janelle), West and Melanie Chorzempa (Thompson); and his sister Carol Jones (Ralph) of Independence, IA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
