Marvin DeWayne Morris Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2023, at the age of 86, Marvin DeWayne Morris (Independence, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Morris (Arnold) and Herman Morris; his brothers, Donald, Arnold, Harold and Francis (Eugene); his children, Jeff and Teresa; his grandchildren, Shaun Morris, Ashlei Connolly and Kasey Morris; and his great grandchildren, Jasper Overmann and Annabelle Ferguson.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Hahn); his children, Darrell Morris (Teresa) of Walker, DeWayne Morris (Ida) of Amissville, VA, Laura Yearous (Rex) of Independence and Nina Simmons (Greg) of Quasqueton; and his sisters, Carol (Bates) of Quasqueton and Erma (Lenhart) of Chicago. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
