She is survived by: her children, Margaret "Peggy" Schaff (Larry) of Des Moines, IA, Charlene McCluskey (John) of Independence, IA, Joan Bantz (Kevin) of Independence, IA, John Fischels (Barbara) of Independence, IA, Douglas Fischels (Wendy) of Independence, IA, Mark Fischels (Julie) of Clear Lake, IA and Charles Fischels of San Antonio, TX; and her sisters, Gertrude Fischels of Independence, IA and Evelyn Marter of Oelwein, IA. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren.
