She is survived by: her spouses, Michael James Hayward and Mike Hayward of Independence, IA; her sons, Justin Hayward, Blake Hayward (Jessica) of Independence, IA and Cameron Hayward (Briana) of Evansdale, IA; her grandchild McKenzie Hayward of Logan Hayward; and her siblings, Dan Corkery (Mary) of Rowley, IA, Ric Corkery (Debbie) of Independence, IA, Craig Corkery (Vicki) of Independence, IA, Dave Corkery (Brenda) of Rowley, IA, Dennis Corkery (Tami) of Independence, IA, Gary Corkery (Theresa) of Independence, IA, Rob Corkery (Corrine) of Walker, IA, Cathy Struchen of Toddville, IA, Pat Offerman (Bill) of Independence, IA, Mary Gallagher of Fairfax, IA, Janette Hopkins (Andy) of Brandon, IA and Shelly Tilley (Dave) of Independence, IA.
