He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Eugene Klendworth and Velma Bernice Klendworth (Smith); his children, Todd Neil Klendworth, Laura Blanche Wieland (Friedrich) and Robin Lynn Pilcher Yandow (Friedrich); his brother Jack Klendworth; and his brother-in-law Ron Seggerman.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Klendworth (Orr) of Independence; his sons, Phillip Klendworth (Rita) of Benbrook, TX, Brent Klendworth (Cindy) of Fairbank, IA and Randall Friedrich (Nancy) of Independence; his grandchildren, Chad Klendworth (April), Brian Klendworth (Catherine), Dana Bair (Josh), Kyle Klendworth (Julia), Justin Klendworth, Jeremy Klendworth (Amanda), Mackenzie Klendworth (Rachael), Jason Pilcher (Annette), Rachelle Hesse (Jason), Zane Yandow (Erin) and Felicia Cooper (Wes); his sister Sally Seggerman of Minonk, IL; and his son-in-law Ernest Yandow of Jesup. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (1315 Main St, Jesup, IA 50648). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church (455 6th St, Jesup, IA 50648).
