He was predeceased by: his parents, Barger Frank and Pauline Frank; and his brother Barger "Babe" Frank Jr.. He is survived by: his spouse Kaaren L. Overland; his former wife Kaaren Scorobogaty (Walter) of Surprise, AZ; his children, Carrie L. Brown (Timothy T.) and Lee Frank Jr.; and his brother Paul Frank of Phoenix, AZ.. He is also survived by five grandchildren, a great grandchild.
