With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathy T. Shannon of Independence, Iowa, born in Waterloo, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Shannon and Sarah Shannon. She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Harriman (Travis) of Independence, IA; her grandson Robert "Bobby" Harriman of Independence, IA; and her siblings, Donald "Skip" Shannon (Julie) of Ankeny, IA, Idamae "Bird" Mangrich (Larry) of Independence, IA, Rosalyn "Rosie" Hoveland (Dan) of Hazleton, IA and Glenn Shannon (Joyce) of Brandon, IA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
