He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sullivan and Patrice Rathburn; his stepmother Jessica Sullivan; his daughter Juniper Rose Sullivan; and his siblings, Daniel Sullivan of Sumner, Austin Sullivan of Independence, Mikel Sullivan of Oelwein, Kayson Sullivan of Oelwein, Zevon Sage of Manchester and Lila Sage of Manchester.
Justin gave as generously in death, as he did in life by donating through the Iowa Donor Network.
