She was predeceased by: her husband Wilmer Nusbaum; her brother Ralph; her son Peter; her grandson Jefferson; and her stepson Dwain.

She is survived by: her former husband Warren Johnson; her son Calvin "Pete" Johnson; and her grandchildren, Charlie, Annie, Jake, Sara, Maggie, Bernard and Ernie Luke. She is also survived by two nephews and a niece.
