He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Webb and Jennie Webb (Norris); his daughter Sherrie Elaine Webb; and his siblings, Cato, Milas, Milo Webb, Alta Mae Penne and Florence Segars.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Webb; and his son Scott Webb of Independence, IA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and a great grandchild.
