He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Kortenkamp, Sr. and Mary Jo Kortenkamp (Sheeley). He is survived by: his sons, Joe Kortenkamp (Rozalynn) of Monticello, IA and Jeff Kortenkamp (Rebecca) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his stepchildren, Shane Beatty (Molly) of Independence, IA and Rachelle Lynch (David) of Independence, IA; his grandchildren, Izah, Sterling, Jordan, Jonnae, Jackson, Kaitlyn and Alli; his great grandchild Nara; his brothers, James Kortenkamp, Jr. (Bobbi) of Colona, IL and Jeffrey Kortenkamp (Teri) of Third Lake, IL; and his close friend Diane Beatty of Independence, IA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be directed to the Buchanan County Wildlife Association.
