It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey C. Prentice of Independence, Iowa, who passed away on July 15, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Charles Milton Prentice, Sr.; and his sister Valerie Martinson. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Ann Prentice (Cornwell) of Independence, IA; his siblings, Charles Prentice, Jr. (Blanche) of Independence, IA, Vanessa Myers (Jeff) of Broken Arrow, OK, Berta Aldrich (Mike) of Chester Springs, PA and Dale Pint of Waterloo, IA; his brother-in-law Dan Martinson (Dawn) of Independence, IA; and his godparents, Bob and Marilyn Hertzberg of Independence, IA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
